Skiathos island

Skiathos (also known as Sciathus, Greek “skia” and “athos” — Athos shadow) is the most famous island of North Sporades and also the closest one to mainland Greece. Despite the fact, that it is a relatively small island, Skiathos has more than 60 beaches with crystal clear waters. Domestic and international flights to Skiathos make it a popular destination for all age groups.
